“The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.”
-Jeremiah 31:31
In the book of Jeremiah, we find repeatedly this message of sin, judgement, and destruction. But toward the middle of this book (Jeremiah 30:1-33:26), we find a message of hope and restoration, and this all culminates in the description of the New Covenant. But why should we be concerned or even care about a New Covenant made with the nations of Israel and Judah thousands of years ago?
Hope you can be there this Sunday at 9:30am or 11am, as we look at Jeremiah 31:31-34, this vital passage for not only Israel, but for us today.
