New year, New plan.

You know the old line about doing the same things over again and expecting different results—crazy! That describes my spiritual life for far too long. You?

So many have wanted to do this for so long. Even tried a time, or two. Maybe you managed it once, years ago, but that was then and this is now. It sounds hard. Like, running-a-marathon hard. But I know people who have run marathons. It takes a plan, commitment, persistence, and it helps to have a community supporting you. That’s what I’m inviting you into.

Here are some questions we’ll worship around this Sunday:

‘What’s God at work to do through His Word?’

‘What’s God at work to do IN YOU?’

‘Will you ‘let perseverance have its perfect work (James 1:4)?’

Spend some time with 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12-13, and Romans 12:1-2 in preparation for Sunday.
